How is AI voice calling priced?▾
Voice calls are billed per minute and deducted from your Updatrr wallet. There is no fixed monthly fee for calling — you pay only for completed call minutes. You can top up your wallet from the dashboard at any time.
Can AI voice calling handle customer questions about their order?▾
Yes. The AI has access to Shopify order data and can answer questions about order status, product details and delivery estimates during the call. If the customer asks something outside the AI's scope, the call outcome is flagged for human follow-up.
