How to set up the Shiprocket Fastrr integration

Get your Updatrr API key
In Shopify Admin, go to Apps → Updatrr WhatsApp AI Automation → WA API Account → API Key. Copy the key.

Open Shiprocket Fastrr dashboard
Log in to your Shiprocket account, navigate to Fastrr Settings → Webhooks.

Add the Updatrr webhook URL
Paste the Updatrr webhook URL (shown below) as the endpoint. Add a custom request header: Key = X-UPDATRR-API-KEY, Value = your API Key from Step 1.

Select events to send
Enable checkout.initiated and checkout.abandoned events for cart recovery, and order.created for order confirmation.

Test and go live
Use Fastrr's webhook test tool to fire a sample event. Check your Updatrr inbox to confirm the message was queued. You're live.
