About this integration

FlexyPe Checkout accelerates Shopify checkout for Indian shoppers. The Updatrr integration plugs into FlexyPe's webhook system so every abandoned cart, COD order, or confirmed purchase automatically triggers the right WhatsApp message — recovering revenue and confirming orders without manual work.

When a shopper initiates FlexyPe checkout and doesn't complete it, Updatrr fires a WhatsApp nudge series. For COD orders, it sends an interactive verification message asking the customer to confirm. Confirmed orders receive shipping updates at each milestone.

Webhook URL

Add this URL as your webhook endpoint. Pass your Updatrr API Key as the request header: X-UPDATRR-API-KEY

Your API Key: Shopify Admin → Apps → Updatrr WhatsApp AI Automation → WA API Account → API Key

How to set up the FlexyPe Checkout integration

   Get your Updatrr API key

   Shopify Admin → Apps → Updatrr WhatsApp AI Automation → WA API Account → API Key.

   Log in to FlexyPe dashboard

   Go to Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.

   Add the Updatrr webhook

   Paste the webhook URL shown below. Add a custom header: Key = X-UPDATRR-API-KEY, Value = your API Key from Step 1.

   Enable relevant events

   Turn on checkout_abandoned and order_created webhooks.

   Test with a live session

   Simulate an abandoned checkout and confirm the WhatsApp message fires in Updatrr within 30 minutes.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if a customer completes the order after the first WhatsApp nudge?

Updatrr stops the recovery sequence automatically as soon as the checkout.completed or order.created event arrives. The customer won't receive further recovery messages.

Can I send a discount code in the FlexyPe recovery message?

Yes. Add a {{discount_code}} variable to your message template and configure Updatrr to insert a Shopify discount code automatically.
