Add this URL as your webhook endpoint. Your API Key is passed as the api_key query parameter.

How to set up the Return Prime integration

Get your Updatrr API key
Shopify Admin → Apps → Updatrr WhatsApp AI Automation → WA API Account → API Key. Copy it — you'll need it in Step 4.

Open Return Prime → Settings → Integrations → Develop apps
Log in to your Return Prime dashboard. In the left sidebar go to Settings, then Integrations, then click Develop apps.

Create the Updatrr app
Click Create app (or find Updatrr if it already exists). Give it the name 'Updatrr' and save.

Go to the Webhooks tab and enter the Destination URL
Inside the app, click the Webhooks tab. In the Destination URL field, paste the webhook URL shown below — replace <<API_KEY>> with your Updatrr API key from Step 1.

Enable all events and click Save
Check all webhook events: Request approved, Request updated, Request received, Request inspected, Request refunded, Request rejected, Request archived, Request created, Request refund failed, Request refund initiated. Then click Save.

- Yes. Create a message template with a CTA button that links to a pre-populated exchange page on your Shopify store. Customers can initiate an exchange directly from WhatsApp.
- Does this work with Return Prime's store credit feature?
- Yes. When Return Prime issues store credit, the event triggers a WhatsApp message with the credit amount and a link to shop again.
- What if a customer replies to the return WhatsApp message?
