Can I change plans later?▾
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from your Shopify admin panel. Changes take effect immediately.
Are WhatsApp message costs included?▾
Updatrr's subscription covers platform access. WhatsApp API conversation charges are billed separately by Meta and depend on the recipient's country and conversation type (marketing, utility, authentication). Updatrr does not add a markup on Meta's conversation fees.
Do you offer annual billing?▾
Contact the Updatrr team for annual pricing options. Annual plans typically offer a discount compared to monthly billing.
What happens when my free trial ends?▾
You'll be prompted to select a plan. If you don't subscribe, automations pause — but no data is lost. You can reactivate at any time and all your configuration and history will be intact.
